Recently I used up a few more products that I wanted to talk about on my channel. Those are probably not the most exciting things in the world but they work for me and some of these are my absolute staples. So have fun watching!
I wanted to do this TAG for such a long time and
always forgot, but I was finally tagged by my Booktube-friend Sabrina. You
should check out her video as well. I loved this because I love makeup and I love
reading so here we get the best of both worlds. I really hope you like it.
Maybe I can do more book-related stuff in the future - or more tags. Any
So before March is over I wanted to share with you some outfits I wore in February. Yeah. That cold moment we're all trying desperately to forget. I had to go to some job interviews and had my last days of work, but also my last vacation days. So this was a weird month for me and I am glad it's over. :D
I was so inspired by the look Scarlett Johansson
wore to the Oscars this year because it was a bit different for her. It’s very
soft and settle and suites her quite well. I always imagine her with smoky eyes
or bronzed eyes so this is a change. Also the rest of the face is quite
monochromatic which is a fun and creative way to wear makeup in Spring.
Today’s look is inspired by Bubzbeauty and her
channel. She’s been doing videos for such a long time now. I haven’t watched
her videos in months or even years but back in the day I really liked her
channel. She rarely does makeup tutorial but this one I found and thought I’d
try to recreate it. :D
February has been quite a good reading month for me since I had quite some time off and I was travelling a lot. I really started falling for audiobooks and I am really liking them now. Also there's been some TV shows I had to mention. Hope you like the video!
Today’s look is inspired by Hailee Steinfeld -
and how the hell do you say her name? Well, doesn’t matter now. Her look on the
red carpet of the Academy Awards 2017 was so sexy and glamorous. I really love
the dramatic bronze eyes and the soft nude lip with it. Her face makeup is just
on point. This is such a versatile look that you can tone down or wear it full
glam as you like.
There’s always a bit of controversy with Taylor Swift, I guess, but her makeup is always flawless. This look is inspired by the Taylor Swift a couple of years ago. Is this still accurate? Well, I love the look
either way. It’s inspired by the recreation of TiffanyD and I think she did a
great job. Have you seen her original video?
Today’s look is inspired by the beautiful andinspiring Viola Davis. Obviously her glamorousmakeup looks quite different on me, but it shows how versatile and
gorgeous it is. The eyes are defined but glittery and fun and I love the
neutral lips with it. Also I am very glad she won the Oscar since she deserved
today I wanted to share with you some things I've recently purchased. There's quite a good mix here with books, shoes, makeup, beauty and anything I felt like sharing. There's also candles, unfortunately. :D You know I have an issue with those. :D Hope you enjoy watching.
Today’s look is inspired by Youtube legend
Michelle Phan. She’s one of the big ones and very early on started to share
very professional videos with voice overs and fancy editing. I was subscribed
to her for a very long time but ultimately I much more enjoy more chatty
videos. Today I recreated her look inspired by Lady Gaga. Remember when
everyone was freaking out because Lady Gaga happened? I still love her, and I
love this super different look - maybe just not on myself. The silver eyes are
very special. Where would you wear something like that?
